Martyn brings over 15 years of experience in IT service management, cloud computing, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Evolve, he held key leadership roles, most recently as Director of Managed Services Security Ops at ANS and as Director of Support at UKFast.Net Ltd. Throughout his career, Martyn has overseen end-to-end IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
At Evolve, Martyn will focus on streamlining IT services, managing high-volume ticket processes, and working alongside the first- and second-line support teams to drive efficiency and service excellence. His leadership will be integral as Evolve continues to expand both its national and international footprint, following the company’s recent multi-million-pound investment from BGF.
