1st Line NOC Engineer

In this role, you will be guided and supported by the NOC manager to provide detailed advice and guidance to all customers on the effective use of systems, products, and services handled by the team. Your responsibilities will include identifying and investigating problems to diagnose underlying causes, assisting customers in recovery and continuous operation. For cases where immediate resolution isn't feasible, you will act as an effective interface between customers and service providers, ensuring all necessary diagnostic information is supplied according to established procedures. You will exercise judgment in setting priorities for issue resolution, monitor progress diligently, and apply escalation procedures for issues that do not progress satisfactorily. Additionally, you will manage all customer incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed timescales and escalating where necessary to uphold service standards.
