1st Line NOC Engineer
In this role, you will be guided and supported by the NOC manager to provide detailed advice and guidance to all customers on the effective use of systems, products, and services handled by the team. Your responsibilities will include identifying and investigating problems to diagnose underlying causes, assisting customers in recovery and continuous operation. For cases where immediate resolution isn't feasible, you will act as an effective interface between customers and service providers, ensuring all necessary diagnostic information is supplied according to established procedures. You will exercise judgment in setting priorities for issue resolution, monitor progress diligently, and apply escalation procedures for issues that do not progress satisfactorily. Additionally, you will manage all customer incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed timescales and escalating where necessary to uphold service standards.
Order Picker/Packer
Packing, weighing, and labelling completed items for shipment or storage. Following all company guidelines regarding packaging. Handling inventory with care and attention to detail. We are looking for a Packer to join our team to ensure products are shipped quickly and safely. Packers must also be able to seal each container, use hand tools and adhesives to protect the package from harm during transportation and observe all company safety standards. Ultimately, you will work in a fast-paced environment, and you will be responsible for the wellbeing and accuracy of items shipped to our customers. Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage, ensuring adherence to all company packaging guidelines to guarantee that items arrive at their destinations safely. Identify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customers, and properly use packaging materials. Additionally, maintain complete records of all materials processed through the warehouse.
2nd Line NOC Engineer
This role is responsible for ensuring that Service Levels are achieved, by providing prompt and effective resolution to incidents and problems that require specialist technical skills to resolve across our client base. They also work closely with the Infrastructure, Operations and Delivery teams to ensure that new systems and services are implemented smoothly, are configured, and maintained so that through their lifecycle they operate in a robust and effective way for the business. With guidance from the NOC manager: - Provide detailed advice to customers on using systems, products, and services. - Identify and investigate problems to diagnose causes and help customers resume operations. - Act as an interface between customers and service providers for unresolved requests, supplying necessary diagnostic information. - Set priorities, monitor progress, and apply escalation procedures for unresolved issues. - Manage customer incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalating when needed.
