It is hosted by MetaCompliance, and we provide enterprise-level volume discounts and expert implementation and management of the system. The platform includes over 200 training materials in various languages, delivered through high-quality motion graphics.
It offers standalone training or the option to combine content to create courses. EvolveIT also provides policy management with email and desktop pop-up communication of policies, extensive user adoption and regular reporting. The platform includes a simulated phishing training system with scam email templates based on real hacking examples, aiming to create highly visual learning experiences that influence user behaviour. It also features a privacy management component with an information management portal to collect data processing information and create a privacy activity database. EvolveIT helps assess privacy risks, deploy internal resources, and remediate privacy risks for regulator notification and reporting.
