Evolve are thrilled to announce they have been shortlisted for two awards at the Service Desk Institute Awards 2024. Managed Network Service Provider Evolve have been shortlisted in the two following categories:

Service Desk Team Leader of The Year: This nomination acknowledges the outstanding leadership, innovation and commitment demonstrated by one of Evolve’s talented leaders in driving excellence within their service desk operations. 

MSP Service Desk of The Year Small – Medium: This category celebrates Evolve’s overall performance as a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and recognises the high-quality service they deliver constantly to their customers.

Evolve have nominated Laura Drury as their Service Desk Team Leader of The Year, being shortlisted for this award is an incredible achievements and recognition within the IT Service management industry. This award is testament to Laura’s outstanding leadership, management and support within the service desk team.

Within her team, Laura constantly inspires and motivates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement as well as delivering excellent customer service. Laura began her journey at Evolve as an apprentice, working her way up to Team Leader and then Service Desk Manager.

Furthermore, Evolve are also eager to have been shortlisted for MSP Service Desk of The Year. Evolve have two in-house Service Desks consisting of IT Support and a 24/7 Network Operations Centre. The business is thrilled to have been recognised by such a prestigious body within the IT industry.

These nominations reflect Evolve’s commitment to setting the benchmark for customer support and operational efficiency in the Managed Service industry. Evolve is eagerly anticipating the results and remains proud of the hard work that led to this achievement.
