The Evolve Executive Leadership Team are extremely driven individuals, who are experts in their fields. The relationships, built over the past 18 years, have led the team to establishing Evolve as what it is today. Evolve was founded in 2005 by Jon Shaw with guest Wi-Fi at the forefront, from there the business grew exponentially.
With over 100 years of combined industry experience with the Executive Leadership team, they have enabled impressive organic growth of 43% YoY. While maintaining a strong customer base of 200+ with a less than 1% churn rate. Evolve doubled their employee headcount and dedicated 200 development hours per week to automation, innovation, and support. Other partnerships include supporting 3rd party integrations across the globe to increase security and connectivity.
Evolve’s proud to be a family-run business, and have expanded their international trade and created jobs in the Northwest. During there acquisition of GB3, their now EvolveIT offering, there were no redundancies.
The team are thought leaders in their respective fields, with Alan Stephenson-Brown, Evolve’s CEO, recently being invited to be a guest on the Barclays business podcast. Throughout Alan’s career, he has secured contracts worth millions and introduced the first PCI Level 1 certified network management solution in the UK.
Ryan Stephenson-Brown, the youngest leadership team member at 23, has contributed significantly to the business, developing a multi-currency, customisable, in-house-built billing platform. At age 15, he founded his first managed network business, which has since been incorporated into Evolve. Ryan has demonstrated that age should not be a barrier to success.
Alongside the Executive Leadership award, Evolve’s Technical Support and Engineering team have also been shortlisted. Evolve’s team work tirelessly to ensure the customer’s experience is seamless, through their 24 x 7 x 365 fully manned multi-lingual support desk. Proactive, not just reactive in their approach; with 90% of calls made from service desk being outbound, Evolve is raising the bar in customer service in the industry.
